No Guarantee of Exclusivity

Unless an exclusive license is explicitly purchased, the same beat may be licensed to multiple buyers. Buyers under non-exclusive licenses (e.g., Basic Lease, Unlimited Lease) acknowledge this condition at the time of purchase.
