Digital Products (Beats & Sound Kits)
All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your files. No physical shipment is required. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Physical Products (Merchandise)
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
