1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from The Puft Agenda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Products (Beat Licenses & Sound Kits)

All digital products are sold as licenses, not ownership transfers of the underlying composition or master recording. By purchasing a beat license, you are granted the specific rights outlined in the selected license tier (e.g., Basic Lease, Unlimited Lease). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the beats to third parties.

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once a file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

3. Physical Products (Merchandise)

Physical merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Intellectual Property

All beats, instrumentals, and sound kits remain the intellectual property of The Puft Agenda. Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content beyond the licensed terms is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Puft Agenda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
